I ordered a Samsung on Contract which was delivered on time.
There was an issue with the phone after 2 days and called for it to be collected (I ordered it online and this was the only way to return it)
I was told it would take 3- 5 working days to collect. I phoned day after day after day to find out why they hadnt picked up the phone. They finally collected it 18 WORKING DAYS LATER!
They never phoned me after 5 days to let me know what was happening as promised.
They have had my phone for the last 3 weeks and never contact me, and when I try follow up they always say "It has not been recorded on the system" or they are" waiting for authorisation for the contract to be cancelled"
I am paying for the contract and dont have the phone and cant cancel the contract and they cant even help me after calling every day
Their network is terrible and service is just as bad
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
