I upgraded my contract two weeks ago, more because my old phone had broken. I chose the Z10 and it was delivered. First it took 5 days for a sim swop when I was told it takes 2 hours. eventually The phone was put on but the battery kept dying after 1 call.
The phone was replaced and the old one collected. The new ones was charged and I went into a Cell C store to set up as I was no longer at a site with Wi Fi. They tried for two days and the 2nd phone was also faulty. Could not setup. I called again as was treated so bad by Robert. He basicaly told be sorry but there is nothing I can do to help you. I then cancelled the upgrade and was promised some one will collect the phone urgently. It is now 4 days and no one has collected.
I am told that there are no managers to assist me as well. I do not have a phone and I can only take out a new one when this old one is cancelled.
Please can some one help me.
