Downloaded my invoice off the website. Only to notice that i have been charged an handset insurance charge. Contacted the Vodocom dealer i did my upgrade with at the end of June. They didnt activate the insurance. Contacted the insurance call centre and was told it was activated by Vodocom - The Grove in Tzaneen. Also was activated in May 13 - before my upgrade was even done.
Was told by the insurance call centre that it is up to me to recover these costs from the vendor.
I disagree that i must..at my costs start trying to recover money taken from me incorrectly via a vodocom ins product. Without a signed pol doc or confirmation of acceptance of this product, im unsure how this still led to me being charged!
Plse sort this out asap.
