Wrongly charged for already paid service/contract

I received a sms saying I am allowed to upgrade. During all conversations with call centre nobody said I will be paying for data after I received my new handset. On receiving handset I as per normal started downloading from internet cause I was still on my old contract which included BIS per month cause I have a blackberry and now I have a new blackberry. During the course of the month I received 2 smse's from Vodacom that I will only be on my new Contract as of the 1st June 2013 As per normal I was still on my old contract so I continued using it and downloaded and bbm etc as per normal cause like I said my BIS was included in my old contract and nobody said anything that I wont be activated on my new handset. BIS covers everything downloads etc. On receiving the monthly bill they charged me for all the data downloaded With is almost R 2000.00 which I think is unfair and not good practice cause I was still on my old contract for duration of the month of May 2013. Nobody informed my otherwise so according to me I was still cover under BIS. I want them to disregard that amount cause I was covered under BIS. I have the account they send me and they did charge me for My BIS.
