I was there in december 14 at the store at vodocom to do the upgrade which was a amount outstanding of R 342.00 which was paid
Then i went back to the store to do the upgrade which the account was cleared
The sales person to;d me that we will do the upgrade for me which he contact vodocom head office i went the next day
which he said he is waiting for vodocom tp come back to him then again i went there2 days again nothing was done my account with vodocom is app R 2300.00 a month it is shocking the i do not get the service
i need and also spending so much of money with vodocom
the service is bad and now its 12 jan still waiting BAD SERVICE STILL WAITING I MONTH LATER
