Incompetant call center agents, rude call cente

I tried to reset my password online and I am unable to get the code sms'ed to me because online still has my old phone number and i have been using my new number for months now, I called the call center advising them that I dont need their help to change my login and password, all I need is for them to update my phone number. I also advised I wont pay R50 because I have changed it in the branch ages ago.

The call center agent just placed me on mute and didnt even answer me until I hung up.

Whats that all about, so i still cant do my online banking.
