After signing my MTN contract, Cosmo-Net (Theunis) called from a customer care stand point to check if I was satisfied. I was not, I told him then, (two days after getting my phone), i wanted to upgrade my contract as well as add on Insurance. He said it would not be a problem and he would sort it out, all i needed to do was put it in an email and it would be taken care of. I did send it to Theunis, then Needless to say I left it for two months and called to confirm whether the insurance had been loaded as i requested. It was not done! and I am totally unsatisfied that MTN would use these guys to follow up with their customers and then completely drop their clients in the deep end. Pathetic!
