Went to your website
added items to cart
registered as digimate
put in my credit card details
was told I had to have Verified by Visa
went to the FNB site as per the instructions, no tabs as indicated
called FNB call centre - business cards need to be verified at VbyV site
went to VbyV site, went through process was told my card isn't elegible
called your Joburg call center, told my story
was directed to your CT call center
called CT call center
told my story, was told that they would contact your payment processor
got a phone call from your call center, was told that according to payment processor there were some details wrong with my card - a pin or a password. Since I didn't enter a pin or password?. anyway was told that the best thing would be for me to go to FNB and sort this out. Tjook
