I would like to report mtn for dishonest on my account, i've settled my account last but when made contact with them today the state that i've the outstanding amount of R108.00 on my account, i requested explaination then consultant told me that his system is off-line furthermore this year i did requested my two sim-cards to be converted to prepaid and same was done
