BLACKBERRY Z10 ADVERTISED AS LTE BUT IS NOT

I upgraded my cellphone contract on 2 Aug 2013 and picked a Blackberry Z10 from the brochure. In the brochure it states "Blackberry Z10 LTE smartphone" and it has a LTE indicator in the photo.

I asked the consultant if it is a LTE phone and he confirmed. He also assured me that the Z10 is EXACTLY the same as the Q10, with the only difference being the touch screen on the Z10. The insides and the software of both are EXACTLY the same.

I took the Z10. When trying to activate the LTE service on 5 Sep (after my contract was migrated from weekender to Smart M) I realised that the Z10 they gave me was in fact NOT LTE compatible. Vodacom launched the Z10 LTE in March this year, so the phone I was given is an old stock item that they are trying to get rid off.

I confronted the assistant manager (Thursday 5 Sep) as well as the manager of the store (8 Sep) to get the phone replaced with the one that was advertised.

After some to and fro, the verdict is that the phone will not be replaced as it is a month since I was given the phone and the out of box replacements are only done for the first 2 weeks. THIS I WILL NOT ACCEPT.

I want the phone replaced with the correct advertised model.
