I bought a data bundle to download a song, immediately after the purchase I checked my balance, and there was data deducted, for no possible reason at all. Also I use the bis service and the call centre would not help me to say why data was taken seconds after I purchased it. Also the handset is faulty, I knew to not go to Vodacom ever again as I have had nothing but problems since 2008 with them, yet stupidly enough after my phone was a contract was taken out with them. The number is recycled, the old user had used it a month before I got it so I get random calls at all hours. The handset also just switches off and on whenever. As I said my phone was, so I had a choice of being without a phone for 7 - 15 working days or waiting for a "loan phone". I waited for the loan phone, but was never contacted about it. I was robbed and assulted in town one day, and could not call for help, as my handset had once again switched off.. After spending a lot on doctor's fee's, medicine and laying a charge that is useles as I don't know my attackers... I am still not helped.yet I pay insurance and bills and buy data that gets???
