VODACOM STAFF DONT KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS

I went to Musgrave Centre this afternoon with the intention of buying my daughter a new lap top and cell phone as she had just passed her exams. My daughter had her eye on the Vodaphone smart mini that she saw advertised a few weeks ago. We first went into the vodacom shop on the ground floor and none of the staff knew what we were on about and advised us to go to the shop upstairs.

We duly went to that shop and the lady that I asked for help after both staff members just stared at us, first off did not seem to understand English and then asked who I spoke to last week, advised her that we never spoke to anyone but want to buy that particular phone, she then rudely wants to know if we have cash to buy a phone and then offers to sell us a blackberry, really???

I saw red and advised her not to worry that I would go to another shop where the staff knew there products!!! Never ever will I step foot into the Vodacom shops in Musgrave Centre again, and secondly it is of no concern how I pay for the phone, isit???
