Vodacom
Contract declined after being accepted

It is now two full weeks since a special day of mine passed when I had planned to get a phone from Vodacom. I currently have 1 line for my laptop and am looking to take out another contract. I have had two contracts with Vodacom and this will be the fourth however West Street branch has so far denied me this chance.
I went to their shop on the 19th of September in search of the knowing if I will be approved for a Blackberry9720. At the time I did not name the phone, I was merely browsing and the staff said "let us have your ID to check if you qualify" to which I obliged. They then explained that if a take a line then I will be debited within two days and I explained that I would reconsider then because my account will have money on 25 Sept.
On 24 September I was paid and I decided to go to Musgrave, where I have the laptop contract (West Strett was closed) and to my disapointment I was declined.
Musgrave advised that it may be due to West Street application being accepted but I never signed any contract with them. The West Street lady printed out something that she refused to give me a copy of and I think it was confirmation of some sort.

Can I get a phone please, from Musgrave?
