ADT radio faulty, they charge me for faults!

The ADT radio they installed wasn't sending a signal to them when alarm went off. I logged a call with technical dept & they told me they can only come after 3 days. I had to leave with that even though I was a fully paid client who was not getting response. They promised that a patrol car will come regularly at night to check that all is fine as they are not getting signal. ADT response guy came once, he never came again. The technician came Wednesday 23 July at 11am & replaced the radio. Then left an invoice charging me for their own radio which was faulty. To make it worse, this technician said he tested that their radio is working and they will get the signal, but we tested at around 13h00, still ADT didn't respond. I called to inform them, they put me through to technician Sipho, who told me if he comes back to my place he will charge me a call out fee again. This after I explained that I tested & received no response from ADT, which means he didnt test properly. I tested again at 14h25 & stil no response from ADT. I am a fully paid client who is frustrated. Mlungisi said he's not allowed to escalate, there is no platform for complaints. Why pay for their faulty radio?
