Can someone please help me, I am still waiting to get some feedback from the Regional Office's about my complaint. Whoever I speak to at Vodacom either does not help me or never gets back to me, do you people at Vodacom care about your customers??? I will never renew another contract with Vodacom after the service I received in the first place. I expect responses and a solution you from Vodacom.
