I emailed Outsurance on Tuesday 14/01/14 asking them to contact me.
This morning (Wed 15/01) I received a call from Sipho Nhlapo at Outsurance.at 9.30 am in response to my request.
Sipho was calm, efficient, brilliant! we went through the procedure swiftly and without any hassle and now its done!
Sipho, you rock, keep up the good work and by the way, i think you have a voice for radio!! (Just saying).
