I placed an order for a Vodafone smart mini phone and I wad told to come and check it on Thursday. The phone was delivered to the shop so I went to get it in exchange for a 1000 points. I signed all the paper work only to be told that I can't take it due to some technicalities that I don't understand. The phone was meant to be a present for my daughter who was expecting it and is now not happy with me at all. The staff at the vodashop was not helpful at all... i really can't understand that Vodacom being such a big and respected company would allow for such minor issues to damage your name. I am a big customer of yours who spends a great deal of money every month on airtime and I deserve to be treated with respect.
