I have logged this with Cell C website, call centre and Hello Peter and still no response. This service is absolutely ridiculous and despite being "escalated" I have yet to have someone contact me. THis is over a month after logging the issue.
My telephone is often unable to make or receive calls. This is despite my phone showing "full" reception. It gives various errors, including "not registered on network". The worst thing is I don't know I cant receive calls, until I try to make a call and it gives the error. I have missed important calls, armed response calls, business calls, etc etc.
Even when there is data reception, it does not work, and when it does work, it is ridiculously slow (
