After Telkom/8ta suspended my account because of a billing error on their system and numerous phone calls to them and hundreds of rands in incurred bank charges, I am now stuck because they cant manage to lift the suspension on my account because they are too slack to even send a simple internal e-mail. Nevermind them phoning you back. I have again been promised that I will get a call back. Lets see, I have my doubts
