No signal, no service

This is my second complaint...

i have filled in a form for bad signal on the 12th of july and its now 13th of Sep 2013 and this issue is still not sorted out.
i have filled in the form for this issue twice now and no one has phoned me regarding an inspection to test signal.

please sort this out asap.
