30 minutes holding for accounts!

I make a simple call to your accounts team to find out details about cancelling my contract only to be out on hold for 30 minutes. That is 30 minutes spent with the phone against my ear listening to the music you play! Eventually I couldn't hold any longer and had to put down the phone. How much longer would I have had to wait??? Pathetic service by making a client waste so much time holding without even being answered
