I would like to bring to your attention that vodacom must be the worst cell phone provider in the country. I am a client that has for years been with MTM on a business package and never had network or handset problems. At the end of my MTM contract i was convinced by Vodacom advertising their cheap rate and packages, THIS WA THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! I just wanted a cheaper package on blackberry contract and took the R169pm option with Vodacom. At first i was very happy and thought i made a good decision to move over to Vodacom... but three week down the line the problems started... no 3G network coverage where other peolpe on MTN has!!! Then the poor quality of the blackberry handset >>>> i have to reset or take the battery off the phone to reset atleast twice a day!!! then bbm"s dont go through!!! WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THIS PHONES TO PEOPLE??? AND WHY DO YOUR CONSULTANTS NOT WARN THE PUBLIC THAT IT WILL GIVE SO MUCH PROBLEMS??? IF I KNEW THIS WAS SUCH BAD HANDSETS I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT!!! JUST GOES TO SHOW CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!! THIS HAS BEEN A VERY FRUSTRATING FIRST 4 MONTHS WITH VODACOM
