Doing this behalf of my boss Dominique Darling.
My boss Telkom line has been off now for two weeks, I report they test the they say it is all fine but the line is still noise and not working. The last time I report i haven't receive any report of progress of the fault. They did not even bothered to go out to her house to test of nothing. I really think that is bad service from they side. I will really appreciate if this problem can be solved as soon as possible, as there is work that needs to be done we can't just wait wait it cost money by the day for all and Telkom.
