Firstly, If barring is on, how am I supposed to get hold of the call center??
secondly, when I do get hold of the call center. it ALWAYS takes the agent about 10min to remove barring or process a data top up while i'm holding on the otherside of the line.
Thirdly, I get charged to make a call to your call center!!
I should have never moved to Nashua. Stay with service provider themselves because you dont get charged to call the call center and atleast you can actually call them.
