I have been a customer with Neotel for 5 years no problem. I have 7 Neotel phones in my office. We run a 24 hour service and since yesterday i can not phone out or recieve call. I have airtime on the phone. What pisse me off is the fact that if you phone 242 it tells you that you airtime are up. how the do i need airtime to call my service provider. If my problem are not resolved in 24 hours i WILL go back to Telkom.
I NEED THIS PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OFF ASAP. WE RUN AN AMBULANCE SERVICE AND NEED TO RECIEVE CALL OR PEOPLE DIE.
