Poor service delivery and bad attitude

Took a Blackberry 9320 in for repair. Said they would call me as soon as it is back. Had to go back out of own will to see the progress. The phone was already back, with no changes. So we gathered all the info to get it to go back. I went there again and phone was not even in yet.(3 work days after). They send it back a gain. I wait 3 weeks for it before i decided to go and check once again. The phone was there, it was swop for a new one. I sent it in as a full phone got it back with no back cover.

This where the extreme arrogance and poor attitude of the employees came forward. Body language show the unwillingness to be of assistance to me.
