I upgraded online to a Blackberry 9320. Got the phone within 3 days after upgrading (thank you for the fast delivery). I copied everything everything to my new phone and within 2 hours my phone started restarting by itself. Went to Vodacom, they booked it in for a repair, next day went back to fetch the phone. After I copied everything back to this phone, 3 hours later it started restarting again!!! Went back - they told me "you need a Red SIM" which is total BS, the problem is with the phone and the battery! Got the red sim and... ITS RESTARTING AGAIN!!! Took it back, they send it to Blackberry - almost 2 weeks later got the phone back and it went well for about 8 hours. Now my phone is STILL RESTARTING but not as often as before. What should I do? Throw the phone at someone at Vodacom? Cancel my contract???
