Hi, i have bought a blackberry 9320 for my son in the beginning of January on contract from Vodacom. I took the contract out by Edgars. The second week he had the phone, the back cover of the phone started to peel off. I was still angry with him because i said he should be more careful because it is a brand new phone. He told me it was not his fault and said there is bubbles appearing on the back cover and then it starts peeling off. This is only getting worse now. I phoned Vangate Vodacom yesterday and they told me the phone should be sent away for 2 to 3 weeks. How impossible, and that only for a back cover. I have my phone for the last 3 years and my cover is still looking good. Now i need to go buy him a cover to protect the back cover of the phone from further peeling. I am definitely not happy with this service. S. Khan
