In September last year I had an ADSL installed on my landline. Since I had it installed I've had endless problems with my account.
I have spoken to so many people and they can't seem to sort my account out. There have been so many changes made and so many of them at Telkom can't
sort it out. I went to Telkom in Witbank where a gentleman helped me quite a bit. I have had two account coming to me instead of one. We thought the account was sorted out but to my disappointment, the end of December, that account came back wrong too. I phoned 10210 once again and they said I must only pay a certain amount to avoid suspension which I did. My husband received A message today to say they are going to suspend my account. We went into Secunda Telkom where nobody could help me there either. I just phoned the head office now 0123113911 to explain this situation once again and we were cut off. Please I'm so frustrated.
