incompetence best describes your entire staff! apparently a day in the life of whatever planet CELL C exists on is equivalent to 21days on planet earth. I have been waiting for sidefree to contact me by close of day since 6/08.

like i have previously said, debiting an individuals account when such transaction has not been authorised/explicitly approved is illegal. i am seriously miffed now!!!
you have basically transferred docs of my previous dutifully serviced and closed account to a bogus account created by you to suit your purposes at my expense. that in itself is.
