Horrible service

Got the Sony tablet Z on contract and the power button stopped working the morning of the seventh day, we were in Durban at the time and went to MTN and got a letter from them letting MTN lephalale know we did report the OBF in time!
The next day we got back, we went to mtn and they went on about us not going to them before 7day OBF is over, we were in Durban!
They then booked the tablet for warrenty and said it will take 14 work days, they only told us that after the 5th time we went back and forth, they kept on telling us they'll let us know whats going on, not once have they phoned us with any feedback.
We have gone back several times with different stories everytime, first the phone was sent to polokwane, then sent to midrand, then they lost it apperently and said if they dont find it within 24 hours they'd have to give us a new one, we phoned back a day and ahalf later and suddenly its found but now have to send it to be warrenty assest, this now 14 working days after, now only they sending it for assessment??? Now after 17th working day its telephonicly confirmed, only waiting for email. Today 18th work day, MTN sent it to Sony! now we are waiting for sony! Im fed up!
