WANT TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING WITH MY REQUEST

I called vodacom upgrades dep on thursday and requested for an upgrade on my phone and they said the phone will be delivered the next day, on friday I followed up the whole day, no calls for confirmation nothing, I explained to them that I was going on holiday and it was quiet urgent that I get the phone on friday as I really need a phone my current one is giving me problems but still nothing happned, I then called and requested to cancel the online upgrade and that Ill go to one of the stores, thats where the trouble started, the phone havent been dispatched by then cause I called the courier company and they told me they still have to go and collect the parcel, Im sure they would have stopped it from there and cancelled the upgrade so that I could go and do it at one of their stores but instead they did their own things, now the phone was dispatched on friday and again sent back to them today, they telling me I must wait for a week for the phone to show on their warehouse that it has been returned before I can do anything, I mean this is such an inconvinience really, they should have just told me from the beginning that they cant assist so that i could have gone somewhere else.so UPSET!!
