NO REFUND FOR MONEY DEPOSITED WRONGLY TO 8TA

On the 30th of Aug I made my monthly EFT payment of R470 to Telkom mobile [8ta]. However, I made a mistake of also transferring R3400 into their acc, with the ref of the person I wanted to send it to. I made a report immediately, a case was opened, and I also sent proof of the mistake. Follow ups were done. On 2 Sept I was told that the payment for R470 reflected into their system, [bill was paid], and I was assured that I will get a refund as soon as the money reflects. I was puzzled because the two transactions happened at the same time. On the 7th of Sep, I was called again, and told that I will not get any refund because the money was not reflecting! I have tried twittering, and messaging on facebook, but no one has got answers. The bank said it does not reverse transactions [standard bank], and I am stuck. I strongly feel that I will not get my money. The shop that I opened the account at simply said they can't do much other than calling for the billing department to review my case again... I have got no one to say anything to me! I DONT OWE THEM A SINGLE CENT, AND I EVEN WANTED THE MONEY TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT,!
