Unacceptable service

I had my iPhone 5 for less than 4 months and it just stopped working and went dead. I took it in at Worcester and they reloaded my software. It work great for 3 days and then did the same again. Took it in again at Tygervalley and again the same story, but everywhere I go no one seems to be able to help me. They send it in and now all of a sudden it is my motherboard that got damaged. I think if my phone really fell that hard so that my motherboard got damaged my screen would've been the first to crack! But apparently for even the finest scratch on your phone everything gets blamed on that!
