Wrong Advice

On Wednesday, 1st May 2013, I called Vodacom Call Center and spoke to a lady (Can't remember her name). I wanted to know if it was possible for me to buy the promotional data bundles for another Vodacom number via the number that I was calling with (Also Vodacom number).
The lady assured me that it was possible and she even gave me a step-by-step of how do it.
After dropping the call, I then bought R100 worth of airtime and I proceeded to follow the steps I was given only to be stuck on the 3 or 4th step. I then decided to call Vodacom again to get help with the step I was stuck on and Patience took my call this time. She told me that what I wanted to do was not possible and she was sorry that I was wrongly advised and there is nothing that she or Vodacom can do about it.
I ended up buying normal priced databundles with the money as I got no joy from the Calll Centre. I was really disappointed with Vodacom to say the least.
