Shocking service indeed. I have been a client of vodacom since my scholastic days, until I became the working class yrs 10yrs . i have Never defaulted once. Last month I phoned the call centre to change my debit order date from the1st to the7th. I am on record on this. Came the 7th I phoned in and asked why the debit order was not going off, I was advised that Vodacom doesn't run debit over weekends, I confirmed the amount due on Saturday the 7th was R3190.74, on Monday i was debited with an amount of R6754.86
Logged a Query on Monday. Nobody cared to return my call. On Wednesday I phoned in and ooo boy oo boy i was humiliated and ridiculed and labeled a bad payer, escalated the call to the supervisor on duty "bulelani " he was rude, promised me he will call me in an hrs time'its 24hrs later no response. Last month my debit order went of successfully on the 31 july R3192.81 . i have various contract with vodacom, if the don't appreciate my patronage is only fair the advise me.
