Termination of a numbe

I was a client of CellC due to your service I decided to cancel my contract, only one was left and I'm suprised that each time we are due for an upgrade we get phone calls but when you are on pre-paid and you have airtime on your simcard no one phones you and advice you that your number will be terminated and you will forfeit the money on you simcard. I hade R150 on my simcard and I was not adviced of either espacially when there's airtime on your simcard plz respond
