They called me last year October and informed me I was due for an upgrade. I was surprised and obviously accepted. Everything was in order for delivery within 2 to 5 working days. Two weeks later I call to inform them I havent received the phone. They are out of stock then. Another two weeks later I call again and they inform me I wasn't due for an upgrade. After explaining to them, they said they have to investigate and if it was a mistake on their side I will receive the phone with no extra costs and that they will come back to me within two weeks. Today, a month later, I called again. Same story. Spoke to 4 different people, everyone has a different story. I want the phone that was promised AGAIN today, with no extra costs as they found the recording that the guy said I was due for an upgrade. So sick of dealing with people that dont seem to know what they are doing. I was very happy, but the last 3 months... I will never tell anyone to be with this network again.
