After much fighting and phone calls back and forth - I FINALLY received my phone this morning after more than a month - I was thrilled that this nightmare was FINALLY over!!! Only to open the package and discover that they sent me the WRONG PHONE!!! Autopages' standard response..."We apologise for the inconvenience caused" - THIS DOES NOT CUT IT!!!
I called the retentions department and they told me they specifically asked for my phone and they were going to look into the matter. I then called the client department and spoke to Jason who was dealing with my original complaint and he said they got confused as I have two contracts with them, He was going to investigate and call me back in half an hour...
I have called back twice and left messages and still no feedback as to what is going on!!!
Autopage Cellular - your customer service needs a major overhaul!!!
Thank you for the phonecall I received now Jason whilst typing this message - My phone will now apparantly arrive on Monday - The right one hopefully!!!
And yes, again, Autopage apologises for the inconvenience caused... time and money wasted on numerous phone calls to an incompetent customer care service
