I went into Fourways branch to upgrade. I was told they have to order the phone and it will take 3 - 5 working days - after a week and no call - I called the branch and head office and was promised by both they would come back to me. After2 and a half weeks - I called them and the phone was lying there. They then gave me the incorrect colour phone - was told then they have to book it back to the warehouse and this could take another 3 - 5 (meaning 3 weeks) days. I lost it. Spoke to upgrades and had to throw my toys there before they advised they would put the phone aside - went to head office to get the phone, was promised it was put aside - after sitting in the 3 different queues and dealing with 4 different people for a 3 hours - they could still not just swop the phone... don't understand - it is not rocket science people - seriously weeks and weeks to get the phone, hours and hours in the queues - and quess what - still don't have my phone. I will NEVER EVER sign a contract with Nashua Mobile again. I have been with them for 10 years and this is how they treat me. DONE WITH NASHUA MOBILE...!!!
