Did early upgrade Vodacom Century City on Monday 9/09. I was referred to Vodacom Direct. The upgrade was arranged and packages and handset confirmed.
No phone received. When calling Vodacom today 12/09, I was pushed from pillar to post. Still no luck. Finally got a tracking no and called RAM courriers. It turns out they have never received the consignment!!
I then started calling again to try and get to the bottom of this. Two landlines, and four Vodacom numbers later, I still have no idea where the phone is and when I will receive it. I have yet to find one person who was willing to take responsibility and try to assist me-shocking servicce
