We have been happy Cell C contract customers for years with four contracts. After relocating to new home in the same area we discovered that there is almost no signal available here.
After several months of calling 140, visiting a nearby Cell C office in Hillcrest, doing two network reports, having a Cell C technician visit our residence and confirming the lack of signal, having received a promise from the Umhlanga office of Cell C that engineers would be coming to sort out a temporary solution, over a month has passed and no one has come to sort out the problem.
The reference from our last network report is 1774321.
We understand it is our right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel our four Cell contracts due to lack of service and switch to another provider. Until now we have been very happy with Cell C & don't really want to change, but unless you can provide a solution you leave us no choice but to cancel our contracts & move to another mobile company!
Please help us now and don't push us away to your competition!!!
