You would think that a cell phone company would jump at the opportunity of getting more business but apparently not... I called Cell C countless times and each time the consultant couldn't help me as they were clearly not properly informed on Red Bull mobile products and emailed countless times too. After getting a contract with another company I only then got a call from Red Bull Mobile. The whole purpose of this complaint is so that hopefully in the future when someone is trying to get a contract from red bull mobile the response is prompt.
