Should never have changed to Cell C

After going through an absolute nightmare with Cell C Direct in opening my contract and lodging numerous complaints I finally got the contract opened.

Now on the Cell C network on a Red Bull Mobile contract Cell C are failing to provide the Red Bull Mobile Content and subscription to the Red Bulletin Magazine as promised on their website and in the contract offer. Spoken to numerous consultants, all of whom pass me onto another consultant who is even more incapable of resolving the matter. Every consultant tells me a different procedure for getting what is owed to me in the contract, or simply admits to not knowing and promises to contact me back after they have found out - of course no call back happens.

This, coupled by the shocking network coverage/signal Cell C provides makes me wish I had stuck with Vodacom or transferred to MTN. Rather pay more for a proper service, Cell C's deals really do seem to be cheaper for a reason!

Now no doubt I'll receive the standard reply dished out by Cell C on this site of "We are sorry for the inconvenience/unsatisfactory service received... X will contact you to resolve the matter" - only to endure more conversations without any progress.
