FONE FAULTY BAD SERVICE

Hi good day my name is Wessel Denner i just wane take some time o say the bad service i got from elite mobile. First of all last mont end of August i change upgraded my one contract to a tablet 10.1 were i was told will get it in 4 days with deliver well i got it in 4 days at night when got home opend it and the tablet seems to be faulty so it was weekend and could not get hold of them i than went to samsung shop them self and let them help me thay were telling me that it is out of box fault and should be replaced with an new one so on the monday morning i called them and log the fault were i got an email witch said will collect the teusday witch didinbt happen so i called them agagine on the wednesday and asked what is happening and how long reason i need it before going away sop thay said soon on thuirsday thay came and collect today the 12 of september i still waiting for them to call and say when getting new one i called the this thursday morning and thay said dont have stock i must wait and i think its bad service why do i need to call them all the time plz feel free to call mw its urgent going away next week mid week and need to get sorted its bad service why need i to call
