Have been billed more than once over the amount

I have phone in more than once to head office to try and sort out my bill ever time i get promises that thay would get back to me i have ask more than once to sort it out and would i would hold ever time thay would just say thay will phone me back but not once i have names employer numbers ect this has now been going on from about 4 months back
