Way is there no signle in GEZINA

My mom and Dad is on pension. And thay have a Cell phone for if Same thing happens to them. But Way have a Cell phone if there is no signal in same parts of the house. Most parts of the house. Thay life in the Granny flat in my sister Jard. I need help. I already reported this to the costumer care But with no hope. If something would ever happens to my parents and thay are traing to phone. But thay cannot be helped. I do note know What i will do. Please Can same one help me. There must be away to increase the signal.
