I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter in July regarding Cell C changing my account without my permission and because of this I received a R 2000 cell phone bill. After the complaint I was contacted by Cell C within 24hours and promised that they would reverse all the charges on my account for the month of May. I was very happy about this and immediately went on Hello Peter to change my complaint into satisfied. It has been 3 months and no charges has been reversed, I tried to phone Cell C about 3 weeks ago to get them to put me through to the person that phoned me and they said they will send a mail to the guy and he will phone me back, never heard anything from them. Not happy at all.
