So you have to wait for a month and still waiting

Ihave reported my DSL running at a significant low speed 1MB/s and lower. It is suppose to run at 4MB/s. I have reported this on the 5thFEB and they came out the first time and told me it is water in the under ground i do understand that as we had a few storms. they pumped the water out and they send me a sms to say that the problem was fixed on a Sunday. Monday morning i walked in to the office just to find out that there is no adsl no sync nothing i found them first thing and they opened a norther ticked for me telling me the tec will be out there asap. asap took them a week. and still no luck. the tec sead thay need to hand it over to the underground cabeling and thay will do the rest. 2 weeks later i got a tec comming to the office on a saturday not phoning nothing. he got the line up and running but at 1MB/s not 4 MB/s as i pointed this out to him he sead i need to phone 10217 for the problem and thay will help me. i phoned them emediately and thay checked the line and found that there is a fault. so thay added that the tec needs to come out to the office again and check it he closed the ticket not comming out again i still having the problem and thay closed the ticket again
