No Means NO!!!

On Wednesday, 04 September 2013 a call centre agent from Elite Mobile contacted my wife and asked if she is interested in a R 90p/m cellphone contract. The more my wife said no, the more aggresive the call centre agent got. She even said things like "If you think I will try and R90 from you month from your bank account you must be crazy, then I would have asked for your credit card details". At the end of the call my wife clearly stated that she first needs to discuss this with me (her husband). To our shock a courier company called this morning to confirm if my wife would be home becuase they need to deliver a cellphone from Elite Mobile. We told the courier that we reject the parcel. I am going to make it clear, we did not agree to this contract!!! If Elite mobile try and recover any money from us I will take Legal action as there is no binding contract entered into. This is in breach of numerous CPA laws and the service is highly questionable. I expect a response from the call centre supervisor/manager with an acceptable explanation of above!!!
